Serengeti National Park – Tanzania’s most famous national park – is famous for its great migration of wildebeests and zebras. It is no coincidence that the Masai, who have grazed cattle on its vast grasslands for thousands of years, called it siringitu – “The area where the earth is constantly moving”. As far as the eye can see, you will see herds of thousands of animals: wildebeests and zebras roaming together, tall and graceful giraffes, leaping antelopes and gazelles, majestic African elephants and, most fearsome of all, predators.

Ngoro Ngoro is considered the Eighth Wonder of the World for good reason. The crater stretches across 102 square miles and has walls 2,000 feet high, making it a virtual Noah's Ark, home to almost every species native to East Africa. It is one of the few places on the continent where you can see a black rhino. The concentration of African wildlife is the highest on the continent. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a large concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It is also famous for having the world's largest elephants with huge tusks.
